2. Refunds Policy

Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive the digital product you purchased due to issues on our end, such as an error in delivery or incorrect product details, please notify us within 48h of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, issue a refund or provide the correct product.
Defective Product: If the digital product or account is defective (e.g., non-working login credentials, faulty software), we will offer a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the defect.
Unauthorized Charges: If you believe you were charged for a product you did not authorize, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate the matter. If proven unauthorized, we will process a refund.
Note: Refunds are not issued for change of mind or accidental purchases once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
